Welcome to the annual Instructor Update (IU) in Oslo with Eyal Yanilov. This year we will also feature lectures with Rune Lind and leading Norwegian national team members.

The update is for KMG instructors with a valid license. Instructors in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark is included in their monthly instructor fee. Instructors from outside of the Nordic region,  please contact info@kravmaga.no

This year we also feature a seminar by instructors on “attached striking”. The seminar was held previously in Norway and we think this is a very important subject that we feel you really should not miss. Please bring a strong hoodie for training. You are going to need it 🙂

Testing this year will be before and after the event. Specifically, G-level testing will be on Thursday evening, starting at 18:00. E-level testing will be on Monday, possibly starting on Sunday evening. For pricing, contact info@kravmaga.no.
