Defending yourself is often based on simple instincts of survival. Defending others, either loved ones or those you are paid to protect, is often not as instinctive. Also the technical aspect of HOW to protect someone else, and the tactics, differ.

Krav Maga as taught by KMG is divided into 3 sections; self defense, fighting, and protecting others. They all have very different goals and needs.

Protecting others can be you loved ones, VIP personnel as a professional bodyguard or protecting others as a part of your job as a bouncer, security, police officer, healthcare worker etc. The need can be there every day, when you least expect it.

This course will teach you the basics of not only the techniques of defending 3 party, but it will teach you the basics of thinking like a bodyguard, be it the professional one or your family bodyguard. We will cover observation, planning, fighting, evacuation. There will be lectures on stalking and protection by leading experts in Norway.
